The project builds up the knowledge around service transition, specifically addressing the challenges connected to transitioning from product manufacturer to product-service provider. By focusing on known critical success factors, the project results are expected to advance the competency of maritime product-service providers, with a particular focus on price, cost, contracts and financing. Hereby the project gives insights that can support a successful transition to servitization.
